I have to move my multisite WordPress install from one host to Go Daddy. What is the best way to do that? So far I have copied my complete wordpress directory from the old host to Go Daddy and restored the database and it doesn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you follow the basics at Moving WordPress « WordPress Codex? It can get complex, if you had subdomains. See http://halfelf.org/2012/moving-wordpress-multisite/
