Hi,
Before the update i had .mov files opening and playing fine in the shadowbox with a size of 640x480.
Since the update the window size of the movie seems to have got small and i think it may be the initial width and height it is defaulting to or cache or something.
any ideas why this may be happening?

Check the settings for the plugin for 'Generic Video Width' and 'Generic Video Height'. These values should be used for videos that do not have it specified manually.
If this doesn't work you are going to need to provide me with a URL where I can see the broken functionality.
