I moved my blog today from wordpress.com to self-hosted at Bluehost. I had already been mapping my wordpress site to my domain for several months. However, with the new installation, none of my post links work -each permalink I click just shows all the posts. The categories are no longer working either. The URLs have not changed since I was already mapping to my domain, so I am at a total loss. I am a complete tech noob so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this. Please help!
To see what I'm talking about, my domain is http://baked-in.com. Thank you!
Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
- resetting your custom permalinks back to the default setting via Settings -> Permalinks. If this works, then review Using_Permalinks before setting a custom permalink structure back up again.

I just tried switching to the Twenty Eleven theme and that worked. Thank you! Do you by any chance have any idea of why the theme I was using would've caused this? I was using Headway.
Thank you again for the quick, helpful response!
It could be that the theme is incompatible with WP 3.3.1. Have you tried asking on the vendors' forum?
