Moved to new server – now some plugins are not working

I recently moved to a new server.

I disabled and removed all plugins beforehand but now having reinstalled them I find that some aren’t working at all. I’ve tried deleting all the files and reinstalling them but still I get nothing.

The two biggest problems are:

1. wp-contact-form

The contact form is created, but it doesn’t send me anything that is inputted into it

2. Firestats

The Firestats page appear on the dashboard, but it contains no information.

Is there anything I can do to get them running?

I’m using WordPress v2.1.3
