I moved my index.php and .htaccess files according to this help file. Everything works great, with the exception of my pages (as opposed to posts, which are working fine).
I checked and rechecked my settings. I tried recreating the pages, a couple worked but most didn't. If I make a new page with a unique name it works just fine. Not sure what else to look at.
WordPress 2.9.2, MySQL 5.0.

do the pages still show up in your admin?

your permalinks. Set them to default and test your pages. If all is well, set them back to custom

Well, I played around with it. Had to switch from default to my setting several times but that did fix it in the end.
