Moved from Google Sites to WP/Hostgator

    This morning I moved my site from Google Sites to WP/Hostgator.

    I can access my admin site from everywhere but home. From my home internet (ATT U-verse), it continues taking me to my dead Google Sites page.

    Any way to fix it so I can get working on my page????

    How long ago did you update the nameserver records for your domain name to point to your new hosting account?

    This process can take anywhere up to 4 days to complete fully, so if you’ve only done that recently I would suggest patience (as hard as that is).

    As for why you can’t access it from home, that is related. You would have been visiting your site from home, so your ISP will have the DNS settings for it cached. They do get updated, but until your ISP updates their cache you will be seeing the old site.

    These things just take time unfortunately.

    @krishna – When I click through that I get a “parked by godaddy” page.

    Please clear the cookies and try again. I just now tried and I am seeing the login form.
