[resolved] Moved from Blogger - 'archive' pages in search result in 404 errors (2 posts)

Hi everyone, I recently moved over from a custom Blogger install to hosted WordPress (under the same url - http://www.londoneer.org). I've installed a 404 error page catcher and modifier, and it seems that all the old search listings which point to an 'archive' page under the old Blogger structure result in a 404 error page when they get to the new site. An example is:

    http://www.londoneer.org/2010_09_01_archive.html
    or
    http://www.londoneer.org/2010_07_01_archive.html

Is there a way I can create an archive structure in WordPress which looks like this, and then map 301 redirects onto them as necessary?

I solved it, with the following addition to the .htaccess file

    #Redirect archives
    RewriteRule ^([0-9]{4})_([0-9]{1,2})_([0-9]{1,2})_archive\.html$ $1/$2/ [L,R=301]
    #Redirect labels/categories
    RewriteRule ^search/label/(.*)$ category/$1/ [L,R=301]
