Moved blog location, uploaded file URls won't update (3 posts)

Previously, my blog (http://blog.mildlyhotpeppers.com) was stored in a folder named "blog" inside the public_html folder. When I uploaded images, the registered location of the images were http://www.mildlyhotpeppers.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/ ...

Now, however, I moved my blog to the root, meaning it can be found at http://www.mildlyhotpeppers.com/. The images, however, will not show up. When I go to manage and then uploads, I see that the image URLs are still the same as before moving. It is supposed to be updated, though, to http://www.mildlyhotpeppers.com/wp-content/uploads/...

I changed the wordpress address in the options menu already, and everything else works fine except this. Can anyone tell me how I can change the URLs of the uploaded files (manually or using a script)?

Well each upload has a correspoding entry in the wp_posts, and the guid field has the URL that you may need to revise.

    New uploads should be okay.

Also, you could have allowed visitors to see your blog at http://www.mildlyhotpeppers.com, by just placing a index.php file in your web-root and fixing the Blog address URL as explained in http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

I'm curious about this as well. This was one of many issues I had when moving a blog installation from my local MAMP installation to a live server.
