Hi there,
i have currently a blog hostet on wordpress.com. But now I want to move it to an external host. Is there a way to copy the template, the content, the plugins, the config and die comments in a few steps? Or do I have to reinstall WP and restore the Database?

You have to export your posts and comments from wordpress.com then setup your own copy of wordpress then import the posts and add the plugins yourself and find the template to download or find another one. The docs are about the best place to start looking for info.
