Move social icons in EvoLve theme?

    Hi. Firstly thank you in advance for any help you can offer, I am a bit of a noob with wordpress.

    I have created a website using the EvoLve theme. http://www.session2.com I really like it but I would like to make a couple changes. Is it possible to remove the search box, I do not need it. Also I would like to move the social icons into the navigation bar, placed on the right, after the Contact Us button.

    I’ve hunted for an answer but I’m only used to working with a couple basic pages in a website. Not endless pages of .php. and .css files. I’m getting lost.

    To remove your search box, I believe you can visit your theme’s pages and then remove anything between the html comments :
    <!–BEGIN #searchform–>
    <!–END #searchform–>

    That should do the trick. Be careful not to break your site. If you are not proficient with php, make sure to backup the files that you are changing and then make the appropriate changes. If it breaks, then you can easily go back to the files that you backed up.

    Sorry where would I do this Merkados? I just have lots of pages of different php and css pages, but I cant see much html code in any of them.

    Removing the search box should not be difficult, but you end up with a big space with a string of icon on the left and nothing on the right…
    Very ugly…
    Moving the icons in a better place is something to be left to the author, Evolve code is not modular and very very big.
