Move self-hosted blog to another self-hosted site

Hey, I’m in the process of redesigning a website. I’ve copied all the files locally and I’m working on it, from scratch. The one that’s currently live that I’m re-doing has 2 blogs on it I need to copy over to the new site.

The ‘moving wordpress’ url doesn’t give me this info. I’ve researched several sites now and unable to find this answer – they all point to ‘move .com to .org’ whereas I’m moving .org to .org.

Is there a way to simply move the blog files over?
