Move secondary menu to very top of header

Hello,
My theme zone 4 has two menus one designated on the top just beside the logo http://www.turtlewings.be and the other in the footer. I would like to move this secondary one in the footer up to the very top of the website as a small supplementary menu to give info like about us, contact so on. It can still show up at the bottom as well or move completely. I have followed many tutorials and have gotten it up there, but always with something funky going on to the rest. I guess the problem is I don’t know where in the header.php to put it and then I am not sure if my theme is not fighting with it when I place it somewhere.

Any help would be incredibly helpful!
