Move Post Nav Links (next/prev post) in Forever Theme (1 post)

    The next and previous post navigation links are currently showing at the bottom of my page (here). I can add a second set of them at the top of the page above the post header by editing the css for the theme (Forever), but how can I move them to another location in the body of the post? Is there a short code I can add into the html?

    Once I can move them, I will then want to disable the ones at the bottom. Current css is:
    #content nav {
    margin: 0 0 1em;
    overflow: hidden;
    }
    #content nav a {
    font-size: 13px;
    font-size: 1.3rem;
    font-style: italic;
    line-height: 1.3125;
    }
    #content nav .nav-previous {
    float: left;
    width: 50%;
    }
    #content nav .nav-next {
    float: right;
    text-align: right;
    width: 50%;
    }
    #nav-above {
    display: none;
    }
    .paged #nav-above {
    display: block;
    }

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
