Move CSS into the Head location

    First, I have to say this is an amazing plugin as I play with this at the moment. However, I discovered that your plugin loads

    <style type="text/css" media="all">

    …in the content and not in the <head> area (which really should be there). Is there a reason this is not done and is it easy to update your plugin to do just that?
