Move blog to another page?

    How do I make my index page a normal page, with text and graphics and so on and the actual blog page on another page, perhaps called ‘Journal’?

    I don’t want my blog to be the first page a visitor see, I want the blog to be an option that a visitor can look at if he/she wants to.

    Any help appreciated!!
