I followed these instructions I found in another post

    Admin / Settings / Reading

set a static home page, create a page called Blog, and make Blog your posts page

I created a page called "Blog" and a page called "Front"
I selected static page as "Front" and posts page as "Blog" and it is working but now I have the "Home" tab as well as a "Front" tab right next to it. How do I make the "Front" tab not show?

Hi Peter, can you elaborate a little? I am a newbie

  4. Go to the section called Appearance > Menus.
Here you'll see that you can create a custom menu.
Just create whatever navigation you want to use.

    Here's more info about Menus - http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
