move blog from Windows IIS to Linux

    I have read the instructions for moving an installation generally, but wonder if anybody has expertise in moving a WordPress blog from a Windows server to a Linux Server.

    I assume I must do a reinstall on the Linux server to get a proper .htaccess file? Then drop all tables in the new db and do a restore from a dump of the old db. Then just copy all files over and maintain file structure? Anything else? Domain won’t change. Just moving from buggy Windows to Linux.
