Move CSS and JS Below the Fold (2 posts)

I can see the following CSS and Javascript files being loaded in the <head> of my blog's HTML:

    /wp-content/plugins/responsive-lightbox/assets/nivo/themes/default/default.css?ver=3.8.1
    /wp-content/plugins/responsive-lightbox/assets/nivo/nivo-lightbox.js?ver=3.8.1
    /wp-content/plugins/responsive-lightbox/js/front.js?ver=3.8.1

Is it possible to move this down into the body, so that the page loads faster?

If so, how would I go about doing this?

One file is for the lightbox JS script you have chosen.
One file is for the CSS of the chosen JS script.
    One is for applying lightbox.

If you need to just modify the plugin to compile all the scripts into one. But the impact on the page speed will be really minimal. If any.
