mosaic / isotope style gallery

I have been looking everywhere for a plugin solution to a mosaic/masonry style gallery that I can control the individual items (I want to have some thumbs with an overlay and some without, like on http://www.nvrcareers.com )

I have not been able to find anything that can do all the things that gallery is doing, any help or links to something that will work (with wordpress) would be greatly appreciated.
