More-Types custom post type and pagination

    Hello guys
    I know there’s been a lot of posts on this problem and I’ve tried all the solutions here but none worked. This is driving me nuts already. Would appreciate any help.

    I’m using More Types plugin to add custom post types.
    I’ve created a template for this type loop (loop-master.php) and assigned for this type.
    I’m using a category.php and a default WP pagination (Next/Prev)
    Permalinks are set to /%postname%/

    On category I see 3 posts on page 1 and page 2 returns 404 error.
