More than 1 blog?

    Thanks for getting back to me. 🙂 A few questions:
    1- Do I need to copy all the WP files into each subdomain? ie. copies of all the files into www…/blog1 and www…/blog2? Or do I copy an index.php pointing to the WP files in www…/wordpress into each subdomain, as mentioned here http://wordpress.org/docs/installation/different-address/ ? I guess I am a little confused because I want the files for each blog to appear in their respective subdomains, and for each blog to keep separate records/archives.
    2- In wp-config.php, do I change all of “table_prefix” to “wp2” or should it become “wp2_prefix” ?
    Thanks again and sorry for my obvious newbie-ness. 🙂

    2. $table_prefix = ‘wp_’;
    Change that to $table_prefix = ‘wp2_’;
    1. Treat this second install as if the first one just wasn’t there. Upload everything that came with the wp download.
    Doing this, blog1 and blog2 will be completely separate.
