So... It have never happens before. I never used to use the more tag, however, after a started to use the more tag everything doubles all the time.
First I thought it was a bug in the iPad app for wordpress, but no.. Now it happens all the time no matter what I use.
It started after I updated and starter to use the more tag.

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
