   Hi folks.

   A few weeks ago I saw a plugin that gives you more control over how the plugin menu is displayed to users on a WP blog/network. That is, more control than "turn menu on or off."

   But I forgot to bookmark it, and now I can't find it again. Does anyone know what the plugin is called?
