   please take a look at following site:

   how did they do it? i mean, how can i set the postings in different "boxes" and in rows and columns?
   any ideas are really welcome!

   I don't mean to be curt, but...

   They spent lots of time learning HTML and CSS. There's not really a shorter answer than that. I agree it's pretty smooth looking.

   Of course, we all spent a lot of time...but this fantastic site is made with wordpress! and i must confess, i have no clue how to have done this.
