• Hi Jashan,

I have been using the All-in-One Event Calendar,Version 1.10.11-standard for months now. All of a sudden after the upgrade to wordpress 3.9.1 the monthly view is not working, it just hangs. Please advice. I downloaded this version from your site assuming it is a stable one. I need to get this fixed. I really like your calendar and want to use it for all our events.

Can I get your 2.0x lite version for free? Will it help solve this problem. Please let me know ASAP.

    Many Thanks
    Jacob

  • The 2.0.x Core plugin is now free and you can download it from WordPress. This Core is the same for all users (even Pro). This reduced the overhead for getting fixes out for issues/bugs (only 1 code tree to maintain rather than 3).

It however does not contain the Posterboard view or the Facebook integration.

Posterboard is now included in the Extended Views plugin along with the Stream view. You need to download it direct from Time.ly (go to https://time.ly/downloads ) and it is free (you have to go through a cart system, but the price is $0.00).

Facebook integration is now a paid add-on. This was given away for a brief time but Time.ly have stopped doing that now (was a promotional offer).

Before you upgrade, it’s always recommended you make a file AND database backup of your wordpress install, just in case something goes wrong.

    hi Cefiar,

Thank you for the quick reply. AS you advice I downloaded the core. I have a few questions before I upgrade.

    a) do I need to deactivate my previous version of the All-in-One Event Calendar,Version 1.10.11-standard.

    b) Can just upload the 2.0.x Core and it will automatically take care. I don’t have many plugin on my site and my hosting company (ipage) take backup regularly. So no worries there.

    Please advice
    Jacob

Follow the manual upgrade instructions as this will preserve your events:

cefiar – I’m trying to find the 2.0x core download on WordPress to try this fix as I’m having same issue, but I can’t find it. Do you have link? Thanks

    Hi Kent,

You cannot find the core calendar (2.0.x Core plugin) on the wordpress. It is only avaliable on the Timely web site.
You need to download it direct from Timely (go to https://time.ly/downloads) and it is free (you have to go through a cart system, but the price is $0.00).

Also follow the manual upgrade procedure

    Thanks

    johnja1,

Thanks. I did all that. Calendar page is still borked. See here:

I tried deactivating all plugins and running stock theme as well to rule out plugin/theme conflicts – no luck.

I’ve posted in the Timely Support Forum as well. Hopefully I can get it sorted.
