   What file do i have to edit to get months from Engilsh to Icelandic.

   now i have edit the files, but i am using Icelanic letters, do i have to edit all Special Characters like "ö, æ, þ, í, ð etc etc" or can i do it somehow else

   Even without looking at your site I would bet that you saved the file(s) with a different encoding than utf-8. Even Notepad has that option to select the encoding. It MUST be utf-8.
