• Hello,

It’s late now, so I should probably go to bed and continue with this in the morning, as my brain will be clear and sharp again then. However, perhaps someone here would like to offer some help in resolving this problem.

Take a look at the page: http://www.hpjenssen.com/gallery/

At the moment, the page is a complete mess. This is because it is far from finished and I am still modifying the theme that is installed onto the WordPress platform that is running the site. However, I have come across a problem in my modification that I can not seem to resolve:

I would like the big gray box at the bottom to be completely at the bottom (so no white space between footer and “physical” end of browser / screen., and to occupy 100% of the screen width, thus ignoring the auto margin that is applied to the rest of the site. (I want the rest of the site to be auto centered) My problem is that I can not for the life of me figure out which part is actually controlling the auto center of the site, and I can’t get the site out of it.

So, to be clear; what I want to achieve is this:

The site is 950px wide, just as it is at the moment, and it centers fluidly in all resolution, which it also does at the moment. – BUT, I want the gray bit at the bottom (with the categories in it..) to occupy the full width AND be at the absolute bottom of the browser even if the page is to short to fill a full browser window.

The css file is here: http://www.hpjenssen.com/gallery/wp-…lite/style.css

All the files for this theme is here: http://www.hpjenssen.com/gallery/wp-…hemes/f8-lite/

If anyone wants to log into the WordPress installation and have a play, I can give you username and password, just let me know.

    All help is appreciated.
