  • I’m running it on 3.8.1 and I do see the modules.

Yes, I got the same issue. It’s only Builder Setting in the admin menu.
Please your suggestion if you found the solution.

    Thanks,
    Ocky

    Same here.

    Modules are not loading.

MiniMax Modules activated when adding a new page it keeps on saying “loading…”

looks like a javascript conflict with any plugin or your server is blocking cookie js /page-layout-builder/js/jquery.cookie.js .

Checked server not blocking cookies. Deactivated other plugins – still not working does – adding a new page it keeps on saying “loading…”

I also received an email stating “Please send a temporary wp-admin login info to look at your issue” – I would rather we make use of teamviewer. I would like to see what you are doing when checking the issue.

I removed wordpress and did a clean installation – installed twenty fourteen theme. Still not working – same issue when adding a new page it keeps on saying “loading…”

as it is clean installation, may you please send a temporary admin info to contact [at] wpeden.com, so that we can check the issue.

I send the login details and received the following reply: “Make …/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js this file readble. Minimax will work ok then. Thanks.”

The file was readable as per the screenshot I emailed. It still doesn’t work – I would really like this issue to be sorted!

Hi, I also have this problem. When I emailed the developer, I also got the request to provide a temporary admin password, but we’re not comfortable giving access to the site. If anyone finds a solution, please post it! I’ve had to look for other solutions and am confused to see that Minimax Layout Builder and Page Layout Builder (same developer, different plugin) now seem to be the exact same thing, maybe I’ll deactivate Minimax and try using the new plugin…

    This is very frustrating:

After a request for a login – this is the replies:

“Make …/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js this file readble. Minimax will work ok then. Thanks.”

The plugin was readable, I did not have to change anything – Still not working. Emailed a screenshot as proof.

please click on the following URL
    http://………./wp-content/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js
your server blocking this file when trying to open though http. probably for cookie policy, anyhow it need to be accessible. please ask your server/hosing support to make this files accessible from http.

Again, checked everything. Contacted the service provider. Folder has full access NOTHING is being blocked.

PLUS: Not just me claiming that the plugin is not working. AND still not working.

Hi, Shaon, thanks for trying to help, but I’m curious about how the server would have begun blocking the file. Minimax was working fine one moment, then stopped, and it seems like it was right after we updated WordPress to version 3.8.1.

Has anyone else here just updated, too, and now experiencing this problem? Maybe it’s just not compatible with this version of WordPress, and if not, (Shaon) is there going to be an update soon to Minimax?

    Thanks!

@kimdomaine, server may do it sometimes intentionally for cookie policy.

@cbotes, if you don’t know or understand something around server, please don’t mess with that, simply ask hosting or server support, they will do that rest for you.

    Blocked url: http://clixlab.com.au/wp-content/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js
    Not blocked: http://wpeden.com/minimax-demo/wp-content/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js

PLUS: Not just me claiming that the plugin is not working. AND still not working.

whoever complaining has the same issue. simple ask server support to make this file http://clixlab.com.au/wp-content/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js accessible like http://wpeden.com/minimax-demo/wp-content/plugins/minimax/js/jquery.cookie.js

    i solved the problem .
other plugin newly activated bloc minimax, in my case HUGE IT SLIDER plugin . deactivate huge it slider plugin and minimax work perfectly.
