Modularity Lite Stylesheet Issue (3 posts)

    Thanks in advance.

I'm using Modularity Lite on my website's blog, http://www.mikestitches.com/blog. It works just fine. No complaints there.

However, I went to use it again on my company's website, http://www.shakabukudesigns.com, and at first the slideshow would not load. After removing and re-installing, I keep getting an error saying the stylesheet is missing. That can't be true, because the theme was downloaded directly from the Modularity Lite theme page on WordPress.org. No tampering was involved as I was planning to make customizations after uploading, not before.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what did you do to resolve this?

    Thanks again.

    Hi Mikestitches,
Did you get any resolution to your issue? I'm asking, because I had an older version of Modularity Lite, which I used successfully for posting images to the slideshow. Then, I decided to upgrade to a newer version of ML, and now my site doesn't display the slideshow images at the top of my page correctly at all. It simply stacks them in a static manner.

With the new version, I have learned that I need to ~upload~ (not ~insert~) images into a homepage post in order for the slideshow to grab those images. But the slideshow doesn't rotate through the images, it simply stacks them and leaves them there.

It sounds like your issue is somewhat similar. I haven't customized anything. Can anybody help? I was hoping to continue to enjoy the slideshow on my upgraded site. (Actually, I would like to stick with the old system of having a rotation of 5 images, regardless of the images posted to the site's homepage.)

How did you resolve your issue?
