Modifying the themes on WordPress.com

    I am new to WordPress but design HTML and CSS. Not so familiar with PHP, but after spending hours on the tutorials I get the idea. I started a site on wordpress.com and now I want to update the css and php files there. I do not see a place to upload files other than graphic files. Is thee a way to upload your css and php files or do I have to host away from wordpress.com to accomplish that?

    I keep looking for an upload section or somehting that allows me to select files and I just can’t find anything like that. Please help.

    1. Wrong forum,this is wordpress.ORG.
    2. No, you cannot modify themes on wp.COM, unless you pay for it.
    Ask your question in their forums.
