Modifying my theme (How much would you charge?)

I am moving my site to its first WordPress incarnation here

and I really am at a dead end. I am not good at all with coding but am okay at the actual design and I know how I want it to look. What ive got right now is pretty close but there are a few CSS tweaks and code cleanups (you will see the page gives an error message – that was there when i originally set up the style) that I would like to be looked at by someone.

How much would you guys on average charge for that? I am a student and part of the reason for the change is because WordPress makes updating easier. But i was generally happy with the old style [http://the-deli.org]] too.

I just feel ready to give up with WordPress beacuse its too hard to customise, Movable Type seems like it might be a decent alternative.
