   This plug in is great!

   I am having two little issues though hope you can help:

   Is it possible to add a text and a title to a simple form that is inserted into a page using [wp_email_capture_form]
   Is it possible to remove the title from the form that is inserted in a widget without getting the default message?

   Yeah, just add text and a title above it.

   Leave the title and the text empty to remove it from the widget.
