   Can someone please point what file I need to edit.

   Single is for posts, page for pages, category the same, etc etc.

   If I go into the tag cloud page and click one, I get a list of all entries in that tag.

   Well, I want to modify that page, I dont want the continue readin, date, coments, etc.

   Wheres that page as I cant find it ?

   from what I am aware, you need to create a tag-slug.php
   http://codex.wordpress.org/Image:Template_Hierarchy.png
   If it's not found, it defaults to the archive.php page.
   and customize it like you would any other page.
