modify output for wp_list_pages with jquery

I’d like to be able to modify one the sitemap plugins to output wp_list_pages to include classes I setup so that I can create a jquery dropdown or flyout (with a plus sign next to each parent page, etc) menu (similar to how the navigation works for a long pdf document).

I’ve searched for a plugin, but there doesn’t seem to be any that have this functionality).
