Modify "Older Entries" blog pages

Hey there,

I am trying to give my website a non-blog layout. For that, I replaced the provided “Older Entries” buttons with pagination numbers. When I klick on (e. g.) “page 2” the page automatically catches one recent post. Is there a way to remove this loop and style the “older entries”-pages like my blogs homepage (I’m using boxes there)?

I did research on the internet for hours and hours about that topic but couldn’t find any solution.

In programming I’m a beginner, but with some instruction I’m able to make it, I guess 😉
