   Hello guys,

   There is "Clear" theme http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/clear

   As you may see there is kind a border around main part (gray gradient). I searched trough whole CSS, found how to modify every single peace of this theme except this border. I would like to change a color of this border a bit. Do you know how to do this?

   if it is a gradient, it is very likely to be a background image (or a few background images).

   check the images folder of the theme.
