Moderation request for version 3.9.2

    I have a problem installing WordPress 3.9.2.

    I am hosted by a local host from where I have been using WordPrees 3.9.1 for website publishing.

    I uninstalled version 3.9.1 in order to install version 3.9.2. I have not been able to install version 3.9.2 since 23rd August 2014 because it requires a moderation request for installation.

    How long does a ‘moderation request’ approval for version 3.9.2 take?

    Once the ‘moderation request’ goes through, where do I start in installing WordPrees 3.9.2? From the cPanel?
