If anyone is using the WP Ventrilo Spy plugin and is having an issue with the options menus ... PM me, for I have modded the source code, so that now it works !
This is the plugin that I am talking about and is not a download for MY modded version.

Looking for the same thing. Why is it all wordpress ventrilo references and or widgets seemed to have been stripped from this site?

I ended up taking vent spy's options rows from my old MySQL database and put them to my new website's. Not the cleanest way to configure the settings, but it works:

Tested working on the latest wordpress.
No messy database manual hacks to get it to work. Just upload zip as per usual procedure and click enable.

By the way i think you should know, the ventspy had some minor bugs, i haven't quite figured out how to fix.
When you go to admin panel, show all posts, or media library. There is more spacing in between different items.
Also some plugin tables are missing.
