    Hi,
When I try to publish a new modal I get back to the add new modal page.
I have tried to uninstall the plug and reinstalled it – same issue.
I have tried to Reset Easy Modal Database – same again
When trying to Uninstall Easy Modal Settings I get:
Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on a non-object in /home/golanseo/domains/golan-seo.co.il/public_html/wp-content/plugins/easy-modal/classes/admin.php on line 172

    What should I do?

    Thanking you in advanced,
    Ofer

  • I’m getting this same issue now, I’ve created multiple modals and none of them are displayed when I go back to the main Modals page. Its as if the files are unable to write to the database.

Hey guys, try v2.0.11. Also the reset and import functions have been reworked to be more reliable. Please use those if needed.

The problem occurred on the newest version…
I have tried to Reset Easy Modal Database – same again, even tried to uninstalling and reinstalling (done from the plugs options)
When trying to uninstall from the plug (RESET/IMPORT/UNISTALL) I get a fatal error.

    Thanks,
    Ofer

Can you send me your email details?

    Thank you very much,

The newest version fixed everything for me (2.0.11). We were having issues with the database configuration, I was missing a few clear steps after updating:

Make sure you reset the settings and then import, it may not show anything on the front end, but that seemed to have repaired the database issue.

Thanks for the excellent support Daniel!

    Hi,
    Thanks for the update.
    There are still two issues:
    1. view modal in the modals menu does not work: fatal error…
    2. Licenses under the settings option does not work – you can not input the licenses keys.
