Modal popup does not work

    I install a WordPress 3.3.1 to work under Wamp Server 2.2d, I can’t make modal popup works, it is not a browser problem (FireFox 11 and IE 9). Modal popus works fine without WordPress but I can’t make modal popups works under WordPress. Do I need to apply something to wordpress to works with css3 and html5?
