Modal Dialog Making Map Cut off Corner

Okay, My problem is when i upload a map that is generated by : –
http://map-generator.net/en

It loads perfect first time its loaded on a pc but when i go to refresh the page the modal dialog box loads but it makes it so the map is cut up to the corner?
Is there any reason for this?
