mod_rewrite + pages = 404 (8 posts)

Still new to WP so sorry if this is a dumb question. I found one post on my problem but didn't solve my issue. I enabled permalinks and setup the mod_rewrite rules in .htaccess, and everything works well except pages. No matter /what/ I do, pages return a 404 error. This is my setup: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

I am not sure what else to add to get pages to work. Did i skip over something?

    Thanks

  2. Your .htaccess file is not properly regenerating after creating pages. See: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_.28.htaccess.29_Generation_Issues

Post your .htaccess here and give us a link. Also, which pages on your site give the 404? I couldn't hit one.

Thanks MacmanX, I had to update my htaccess rules by hand. Now all is working fine!

After trying everything suggested (other than editing my .htaccess file by hand for every single page) and still not getting any success, I tried Reduced Rewrite Plugin from boren.nu. Works great, and it doesn't have to write to .htaccess every time you add a page.
