    Hey Jeff,
    Looks like a minor glitch here that needs a tweak.

    class-theme-my-login-admin.php Code Line 152

    Issue: flush_rewrite_rules is triggered when clicking on Settings >>> Theme My Login, which flushes the root .htaccess file. I think the only time this is supposed to be used (according to the WP folks) is on plugin activation and deactivation. Thanks

    // Flush rewrite rules if slugs have been updated
    	if ( $theme_my_login->options->get_option( 'flush_rules' ) )
    		flush_rewrite_rules();

    This is done only when TML's permalinks are changed. This is intended and correct. With that said, I suppose it wouldn't hurt to use a soft flush, since the .htaccess file probably doesn't need updating.

    Yeah it's not really all that big of a deal. TML has been and will always be my login plugin of choice because it TOTALLY ROCKS!!!

    I only mentioned this because I noticed that if I unlock (CHMOD 404 to 644 by clicking the BPS root .htaccess file Unlock button) my root .htaccess file in BPS and then click on Settings >>> Theme My Login then the BPS security filters are wiped out in the root .htaccess file because they are integrated into the WordPress Rewrite Loop. Normally i keep the root .htaccess file locked at all times so like i said no big deal at all Jeff. Thanks for creating such an awesome plugin - you ROCK dude!!!
