WPtouch uses the same urls that your desktop theme uses so the sitemap will be the same.

This is purely anecdotal, but the sites I am using using wptouch for don’t seem to show up as well as the purely mobile sites that have mobile sitemaps:

We’ve found this to not be necessary. Though, we don’t think doing so will hurt. Implement at your own discretion.
