Mobile site displaying on desktop PC

    Periodically my site opens on the desktop PC displaying the mobile view. I found that if I go to Quick Cache and clear the cache, it once again displays as the full site on the desktop PC. Is there a setting that I need to make that will prevent the mobile view from being displayed on the desktop PC? Thank you.
