Mobile menu overlapping adsense

I’m using Google Adsense Plugin to display ads on my wordpress blog, by placing an ad right under the header the mobile version of the menu goes under the adsense ad slot.

This totally violates the adsense terms and makes possible to get the adsense account disabled.

To avoid that I modified the theme css on line

#main-navigation:target > .sf-menu > ul

adding display:block; position:relative;

this way the whole page scrolls down to make space for the menu. I doesn’t know if this makes sub menus to look bad but it’s a good solution for my situation.
Just wanted to share my solution cause placing “something clickable” on an adsense slot is “dangerous”.

P.S: Is this GOOD theme working with WordPress 4.0 ?
