    Hi There, I have a page here, that I would like to have it so that the home page slider is at least hidden for now on the home page. It looks great on the mobile safari browser, but it doesn't show my div "primary_home" as hidden as it should in chrome, and I'm assuming the native mobile browser for a droid.

    this is the page:
    forloveofallthings.com/home

    this is the css used that makes it look the way it should in safari:
    #primary_home {
    margin-left: 0px;
    margin-top: 0 !important;
    float: right;
    width: 320px;
    margin-right: 0px;
    display: none;
    }

    Can someone please take a looK?

    The first step towards browser compatibility is validation.

    Thanks for the reply. Those 3 validation things shouldn't be that big of deal though... not sure why it's thinking there is a stray closing tag on the </head>

    The stray closing tag is something to worry about.

    I don't know where that would be though? Looking at the source code and you can see it has a closing </head>

    If you can't find it within the template files, try disabling plugins to find whether any are responsible.

    I'm not sure what you mean though... there definitely is a closing</head> in the source code of that home page... even if plugins are disabled, it's still there.
