   I went through a few installs of the MM Forms, finally got it to work, but am getting this message on the pages:

   Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'mm_forms::check_installation_directories' was given in /home/pegdea/www.thegcef.org/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 395

   I don't see a database or other version conflict. Any help is appreciated.

   I'm having the same issue too.
