   This topic has come up before, but never been resolved. In the "from" field for my forms, the shortcode "[your-name] <[your-email]> is present. But when an email is sent using the form, the sender name is instead my domain username @ my mail server. What's the deal?

   Same issue here...need the autoresponder mails to be clear of my own details and "WordPress" from name too...
   Any progress on this?
