Why in my 1.2 delta, " _ " in links do not show , or have been replaced " < em > "?

    corr,
Perhaps a link to your site would help so that we can see exactly what is going on and we can take a peek at your source code as well.

corr, my best guess is that one of the text filters, (texturize etc) that you may be using is interfering and converting the _ to
you could use the `my_site.com to avoid this, I beleive. Give it a shot.

is this a new bug in the forums? this is the second thread i've seen in the past day or so that has unclosed tags that bleed all over the rest of the page. is it just coincidence, or was there something that automatically closed them in each post that isn't working now?

corr, please edit the earlier post you made from where everything is italicized to have a closing tag so that everything display normally in the rest of this forum thread.
    Now for the problem,
What you enter in the post field, as the content of your post is not treated as html, so if you want a link in the post field, you have to use the tag. There is a quicktag in the post interface that you can use.
    In comments, anything with
http://... in it is automatically converted to a link, i suppose, just like it is on this forum.
